Usually people drink coffee every morning to keep them awake. Many people don’t know how the coffee is made. In this essay I am going to write the process of making coffee.
First of all, the coffee beans are picked from the trees. Usually it’s picked by hand to choose the good beans. Second, the outer skin is removed from the bean. The outer skin is important to be removed so the bean will be ready for washing. Third, the beans are washed. It is necessary to wash the beans by fresh water. After washing, the beans are dried. Make sure there is no water left after drying. Next, the beans are roasted in a very hot oven. Then the coffee is soaked in a warm water to make sure the chaff is removed. Next, the mixture is drained. After draining, it must be frozen and then the mixture should be crushed. Finally, its dried in a vacuum and stored in an airtight container.
Overall, the steps of making coffee need some equipment like oven and freezer. In my opinion making coffee needs professionals.
